North Loop

Welcome to the North Loop, Minneapolis' newest neighborhood.

The North Loop's central location is key. Nearly everything is a
short walk. Biking paths and walking trails wind along the Mississippi
riverfront parkway, providing links to the entire Minneapolis parks
system and chain of lakes. The new Hiawatha light-rail line is close-by,
soon to be joined by the North Star line to Saint Cloud and beyond.

Today in the North Loop there’s a buzz in the air as those hungry for
urban loft living discover a new city emerging. Restaurants. Night spots.
Coffee houses. The new Guthrie Theater down river. And the new
Twins Ballpark opening in 2010.
